Within 10 minutes, a technician had taken a look and diagnosed the issue, and I was provided with a courtesy car, which they let me use for two days. Communication was brilliant from James. “Amazing help!!! I popped into this garage for the first time this afternoon. I’m having one of those times in my life where everything is going wrong at once, my main windscreen wiper wasn’t working so driving every time in the rain was becoming the most thrilling thing I had going for me (but obviously very unsafe and illegal). The receptionist and the manager could not have been more attentive and helpful - I could cry because I feel like customer service like this is so rare these days. The manager (I’m sorry I didn’t get your names!) took a quick look out of the goodness of his heart and realised it was a very simple fix issue - a loose bolt and got it working immediately.
